Our bouncy castle is for children up to the age of 10 years. 

Yes, it can be used indoors or outdoors, depending on space and weather conditions. For outdoor hires, the surface must be flat and clear of debris, and we recommend grass for secure anchoring. We reserve the right to cancel outdoor setups in high winds or extreme weather for safety reasons. You must also have the adequate space for safety reasons. 

Our Bouncy Castle is 9ft wide, 13ft long and 7ft high. 

Yes, we offer personalisation options including custom vinyl names, messages & images.. Let us know your theme or colours and we’ll work with you to create something beautiful.

Standard hire is for up to 4–6 hours, but this can vary based on your event’s needs. We’ll agree timings in advance and always aim to arrive early for setup and pack down promptly.

Absolutely. All of our equipment is fully insured, regularly cleaned, and safety-checked before every hire. We follow all relevant health and safety guidelines for inflatable play equipment.

Our standard hire is unattended, meaning parents or event organisers are responsible for supervision. However, we may be able to offer staffed supervision as an add-on — please enquire at the time of booking.

We currently cover Manchester, Cheshire and surrounding areas across the Northwest. If you’re outside of this region, feel free to contact us to check availability.

Anything within 10 miles of Denton is free delivery outside of this may incur a delivery charge.
